| Abstract: | The government procurement law is the general term of laws and regulations generated in the government procurement process when state regulates all kinds of the social relationship.In modern economic society,the government procurement law plays more and more important functions.The author analyzed main functions for government procurement law from the following three aspects： administrative,industry oriented and protecting market competitive function. |
