| 摘 要： | 我国台湾地区公司法于2001年进行了重新修订,此次修订呈现出许多特点减少行政干预,增加弹性条款,扩大公司自主权,推进公司管理科学化,法律条文更加准确、精练等,此次修订顺应了经济发展潮流,对我国大陆公司立法具有参照和借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The Company Law in Taiwan district was revised in 2001, which has many features: reduced the administrated intervene, increased elasticity items, enlarged the sovereignty of company, promoted the scientific management, and made the articles more accurate and precise. The revision conformed with the economic trend, and set an example for the related legislation in the mainland. |
