| 摘 要： | 非洲在当今国际社会中具有举足轻重的地位,在构建当代国际法体系和推动国际新秩序的发展中具有不可忽视的作用。从参与形式上看,非洲参与当代国际法体系主要是以区域合作和南南合作的形式进行;从整体现状上判断,非洲目前势力仍然弱小,在国际法体系的建设中仍然不是主导者和推动者,而是近似一种政策参与者和国际秩序回归者的角色。同时,非洲在未来参与国际法体系的过程中还面临一些不利因素。
