| 摘 要： | 党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国是发展社会主义民主政治 ,建设社会主义政治文明的内在要求和基本特征。中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度作为我国的一项基本政治制度和政党制度 ,正是体现了社会主义政治文明这一内在要求和基本特征的政治制度。
