| 摘 要： | 对著作权的司法保护是检察机关的重要职能,近年来随着侵犯著作权案件的不断变化,对该类犯罪的法律适用出现了一定的冲突和问题。为此,文章以一个具体案件的审查批捕为出发点,对当前办理侵犯著作权案件的基本做法、实践问题进行了粗浅分析。

| Abstract: | To protect copyright is one of the important functions of procuratorial organ.In recent years,the application of law of this kind of crime arises some conflicts and problems with the variety of cases violated copyright.The article starts with the review and approves an arrest of a case,analyzes the basis way to deal with this kind of case and practice problems. |
