当代中国基层民主政治建设中存在的问题与对策

改革开放以来 ,中国的政治发展中引人注目的成就是基层民主政治的发展 ,这是有目共睹的。然而 ,在肯定积极进展的同时 ,也要看到其中蕴藏的不可忽视的矛盾和问题。正是这些矛盾和问题制约着当代中国的基层民主政治建设向纵深发展 ,同时也关乎中国政治现代化的历史进程。因此 ,应积极探讨解决这些问题的对策。

The Problems Existing in the Construction of China's Contemporary Grass-roots Democratic Politics and the Approaches to Them

Since China's reform and opening to the outside world,the development of grass roots democratic politics is the outstanding achievement that China has made in political development.However,while affirming the progress,we should also pay asttention to the conflicts and problems existing in the development.It is these conflicts and problems that restrain China's construction of grass roots democratic politics from further development and determine the process of China's political modernization.Therefore,it is necessary for us to work out the solutions to these problems.
