| 摘 要： | 随着流动人口犯罪率的逐年上升，外来流动人口逐渐成为城市违法犯罪的主体。对广州外来人口犯罪情况的抽样调查显示，社会化程度偏低是目前引发流动人口违法犯罪的一个重要诱因。建立服务型管理模式，加强社会化教育，提高流动人口的规范意识，是实现对流动人口犯罪防控的有效途径。

| Abstract: | With the crime rate of the migrant population increased year by year,the migrant population becomes the main body of the city crime.The sampling survey in Guangzhou city shows that the low socialization is one of the induc-ements for the migrant population crime.The construction of the service type management model,enhancement of the so-cial education and improvement of the migrant population norm consciousness are effective ways to control and prevent the crime. |
