The Political Control of Administrative Power:From the Perspective of American Administrative Law

This article explores the mechanisms by which different branches of the American federal government exercise political control over administrative agencies,including legislative and presidential control as well as self-discipline of administrative agencies.The American experience illustrates that the political control is an important protection against administrative abuse of power.In fact,effective political control is a necessary condition for rule of administrative law.
