浅谈公安派出所警力优化配置——以贵阳市公安局南明区分局油榨街派出所为例

公安部将2006年确定为“基层基础建设年”,全面推进公安基层基础工作。派出所作为公安最基层的单位,承担了大量的基础工作,如何进行基层警务体制改革,发挥其最大效能,成为当前各级公安部门亟需解决的课题。派出所应优化警力配置,有效整合社区、刑侦民警,培养复合型人才,建立提前预警机制,形成以警区为主的战斗实体。

The aim of the year 2006 established by Ministry of Public Security is to construct the base and improve the foundation public security work.Police stations as base of the security work undertake a lot of basic work.It is a urgent subject for public security organ to reform police affairs system and make them more effective.Police stations should optimize police resources,unite communities and criminal policemen,train comprehensive policemen,build predicting system to make the police communities as a fighting substance.
