中国大陆增加促裁机构增聘台湾促裁员

根据《中华人民共和国台湾同胞投资保护法》及其《实施细则》的有关规定．台湾同胞投资者与大陆的公司、企业、其他经济组织或者个人之间发生的与投资有关的争议，可以依照合同中的仲裁条款或者事后达成的书面仲裁协议，提交中国的仲裁机构仲裁。大陆的仲裁机构可以按照国家有关规定聘请台湾同胞担任仲裁员。

Chinese Mainland Establishes More Arbitra Agencies. Engages More Taiwan Arbitrators

Both the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the Protection of Investment by Taiwan Compatriots and the Specific Rules for the Enforcement of the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the Protection of Investment by Taiwan Compatriots provide that where a dispute over investment breaks out between an investor in the capacity of a Taiwan compatriot and a Mainland company, enterprise, economic organization in other forms or individual, the parties concerned can apply to a Mainland arbitral agency for arbitration in accordance with the arbitral clauses in the contract between them or the arbitral agreement they reached afterwards. Mainland arbitral agencies can engage Taiwan compatriots as arbitrators in accordance with the relevant legal provisions of the State.
