| Abstract: | In the course of vitalizing old industrial bases, law ye rs should actively go into the main field of vitalizing northeast industrial bas es as important powers in the construction of democracy and rule of law, fully g ive play to the activity as professionals. In this sense, lawyers should provide high quality and effective legal services, several relationships should be trea ted well in providing legal services, improve their professional ability, and me et the need of practices and development in the long run. |
