乳腺炎大鼠肾组织中P物质的表达与肥大细胞的形态学观察

摘    要:应用组织化学和免疫组织化学方法对正常及攻毒不同时相组大鼠肾组织肥大细胞的数量、活性、分布范型、组织化学性质的动态变化及P物质的表达水平进行了研究。结果显示,攻毒后第6 h炎性细胞开始浸染肾小管基膜、肾小囊壁层及肾小球,12 h后浸染程度开始减少,第24 h出现最低值,而后又开始增多,至第72 h浸染达到高峰。且此间质内血管出现轻微的裂隙。同时不同时相肾组织的肥大细胞及其脱颗粒数量和P物质的表达水平均与炎性细胞浸染变化相吻合,攻毒后第6、12、48、72 h的炎性细胞、肥大细胞及其脱颗粒数量均显著高于攻毒前(P<0.05),且在攻毒后第72 h均达到最高值;P物质的表达与肥大细胞相关联。证实,肥大细胞和P物质参与了乳腺炎所致肾组织损伤与肾功能衰竭的病理过程。

Abstract:The number,activity,distributing model and developmental changes of histochemical pro-perty of mast cell(MC) and the expression level of substance P(SP) were studied in the rat kidney tissue at different phases of the control group and toxication group by histochemical method and immunohistochemical method.The results showed that inflammatory cells infiltrated the ground membranes of renal tubules,the sac-wall layer of renal capsule and renal glomerulus at 6th h after toxication.The infiltrating degree began to decrease after 12 h and the minimum value was found at 24th h.From then on,the infiltration degree began to increase and the maximum value was found at 72nd h with slight cracks on the blood vessels in the middle of renal.The number of the MC of kidney tissue at different phases and expression level of SP corresponded to infiltration changes of inflammatory cells.The number of the inflammatory cells,the MC and degranules from it at hours 6,12,48 and 72 after toxication was significantly higher than that before toxication(P<0.05).The value reached the maximum at 72nd h after toxication.The expression of SP was related to the MC.It is concluded that MC and SP participated in the pathological process of kidney tissue damage and exhaustion of kidney function caused by mastitis.
