| 摘 要： | 网络的发展犹如一柄"双刃剑",它在使人们受益无穷的同时,也带来了诸如网络道德失范甚至网络犯罪等一系列社会问题.因此,在我国目前网络道德要求尚不规范、网络法律尚不健全的情况下,强调网络主体的道德自律,推崇我国古代儒家所倡导的"慎独"境界,做到慎欲、慎微、慎隐和慎省,具有十分重要的现实意义.

Because the internet moral and legal are not yet perfect, the moral self - restrain of net subject is important, and the concept of " Caution in alone" of Confucian school is appropriation for reference. |
