现阶段非公经济人士统战工作若干思考

私营企业主是伴随我国改革开放而产生的新社会阶层,私营经济的极高成长性决定了该阶层将不断壮大之势。由于较其它社会阶层相对更多的特殊性,如何切实有效地引导这一阶层健康有序发展,已是摆在我们面前一项重要任务。本文在对现行非公经济人士政策进行反思的基础上,结合当下全面建设小康社会的新形势,对如何更扎实地开展对该阶层的统战工作提出了若干思考,以供商榷。

Private entrepreneurs are newly-born social stratum accompanying China's reform and opening up to the outside world and will continue to expand because of the high growth potential of private economy. It is an impending task for us to effectively guide the orderly and healthy development of private economy because of the stratum's unique characteristics. On the basis of reflection of current policies,the writer makes some proposals on the united front work policy on non-public ownership personage under the situation of building a well-off society in an all-around way.
