| Abstract: | It is the historical mission of the CPC to represent the basic benefit of the people.In the new stage,especially after the16th national congress,it becomes more demanding and difficult for the CPC to implement this mission.Under the changed situation,the CPC should keep up with the time to come out with new idea as how to well represent the basic benefit of the people. |
