| 摘 要： | 公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展是我国现阶段的基本经济制度，必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济的发展。非公有制经济组织是党的工作的一个重要阵地。非公有制经济强劲的发展势头和在非公有制经济组织中从业人员和党员人数的增加，使非公有制经济组织的党的建设成为一个紧迫的任务。

| Abstract: | The basic economic system at present China is with publicly-owned system as the main body and a variety of systems of ownership developing together.We must firmly encourage,support and guide the development of non-publicly-owned economy.Non-publicly-owned economic organizations are an important front of our party's work.The strong developing impetus of non -publicly -owned economy and the increasing number of employees and party members in non-publicly-owned economic organizations make the party's construction an urgent task. |
