| 摘 要： | 青年组织是社会组织中的一种类型,具有成员的年轻化和同辈性、结构的松散性和成员的流动性、行为的活跃性和文化的独特性、组织的亚层性和前喻性等特征。从组织的表层、性质、管理形态以及与意识形态的远近关系,青年组织可以划分为不同的类型。
