| 摘 要： | 执法文明建设与政治文明建设在逻辑概念上是种属关系,遵循着共同的准则。公安机关性质、职能和宗旨决定了公安执法文明要率先走在社会前列。针对公安执法文明建设存在的困惑,应有的放矢地构建公安执法文明建设体系。

| Abstract: | Construction of the civilization in enforcement of law is subordinate to that of the political civility in logic and both follow the sa me cardinal principle.Public security organs'nature,function and purpose decide that civilization in public security organs'enforce-ment of law should be at the forefront of the society.Faced with the puzzles in constructing the civiliza tion in enforcement of law,our public security organs should perfect the system purposely. |
