| 摘 要： | 当前城市流浪乞讨人员的增多带来了一系列社会问题.通过对兰州市流浪乞讨人员情况的调查分析,发现目前对流浪乞讨人员的救助管理工作还面临诸多问题,解决这些问题要从宣传教育、劝返、长期救助、多部门协作等多方面寻找对策.

| Abstract: | A series of social problems are stemming from the increase of vagrants and mendicants in cities.According to the investigation and analysis of this group of people in Lanzhou,it shows that many problems remain to be solved in this respect.To solve these problems,such aspects as publicity,education,persuasion,long-term assistance and cooperation of all sections will be taken into account. |
