| Abstract: | Treason being the most serious crime in offences against state security, the realm of criminal law have studied on it flimsily. According to Criminal Law's provisions and judicial practice, the thesis makes further research on some important problems such as the constitution of the crime of treason and the limit between guilty and no guilty in its cognizance, the limit of a crime and several crimes and the definition of form of crime. |
