| Abstract: | As a top-notch jurist in the 20 th century,Hart has been insisting on and carrying forward "the truth" of Analytical Jurisprudence on the basis of criticizing predecessors'views.His outstanding achievement is that the analytical jurisprudence and the rule of law were put into the background of modern society and set off systemic discussion and comment deeply.He provided the system of rules and theorics concerned for the rule of law in modern mixed society successfully with a unique pluralism perspective. |
