| Abstract: | Law-based governance is the basic way for the Party to govern the country. The practical significance of law-based governace lies in the fact that law-based governance ensures the synchronous realization and organic integration of the leadership by the Party, the position of the people as masters of the country and the rule of law. The value significance of law-based governance lies in the fact that it can enhance the legality of governance by the Party, display equality among members of society, keep society in order and resist the degeneration of the Party. |
