当前我国行政许可制度存在的问题及对策分析

行政许可作为行政机关管理社会政治、经济、文化等各方面事务的有效手段,目前存在一系列问题,这些问题不仅严重阻碍统一市场经济体制的建立,也影响了行政效率和政府形象,给公民、法人带来日益沉重的负担。为此,笔者在对我国行政许可制度存在的各种问题进行分析研究的基础上,提出了健全和完善我国行政许可制度的设想和建议。

Questions Existence in Administrative Permission System of Our Country at Present and Measure Analysis

As an effective method of administration to manages the politics,the economy,the culture and other various aspects businesses,there are a series of problems in administrative permission at present,these problems not only hinder the establishment of whole system of Market economy seriously,but also has affected the efficiency of administrative and the image of government,and brings serious burden for the citizen and the legal person day by day.Therefore,in the foundation of the analysis of various problems existence in the administrative permission system of our country,the author proposed some suggestions to perfect the administrative permission system in our country.
