| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐社会是党中央提出的重要执政理念,也是高校发展的重要理念。随着高校管理改革的不断推进,二级学院的办学实体地位逐渐增强,其内部和谐氛围培育必然成为高校和谐社会建设的重要组成部分。积极进行二级学院工会工作创新,可以有效推进学校和谐社会建设,进而促进学校又好又快地发展。
