| Abstract: | This paper discusses the hierarchy of values of law. The author finds humans have different pursuits above the law in different stages of social developing. This author concludes the specialty of values of law as three hierarchies: the primary value--order, the expending value--utility and the ultimate value--justice. Our country is still in the second stages, but we can see some exciting conversion which is happening to the ideal stage. What we should do now is to accelerate the conversion. |
