行政法学二十年来的反思与前瞻

中国行政法学二十年的发展,经历了一个恢复、初步发展、快速发展、趋于成熟的发展过程。虽然取得的成就是巨大和令人瞩目的,对于促进我国行政法制的建设和发展发挥了重要的作用。但是,行政法学的理论研究还存在着一些缺陷和不足,有待于在未来行政法学的发展中予以解决,并面对一些新的行政法学研究领域有所突破和创新。

The reflection and prospect of administrative law science during twenty years

the development of Chinese administrative law science experiences a process of restoring,primary development,fast development and mature.In spite of great and striking achievement and making an improtant effect,there exist some defects and shortage in the theoretic research of administrative law science,which is waiting resolution.And,the research is also facing break through and innovation.
