| 摘 要： | 针对当前基层公安机关在开展城市监控系统建设过程中存在的问题,公安机关应从提高认识、认真调研、综合施策和完善制度四个方面着手,完善和改进城市监控系统的规划、建设、使用、维护和管理等工作,提高城市监控系统建设的水平。
