| 摘 要： | 系统方法是一种重要的研究方法,它强调从整体和全局出发认识和把握事物,而不拘泥于对事物的微观和局部分析.研究系统方法的系统论是作为"还原论"的对立物被提出来的.系统方法具体包括整体性原则、综合性原则、层次性原则、结构性原则、功能性原则和环境相关原则等基本内容,对我国构建与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的法律体系具有重要的理论价值和实践意义.

| Abstract: | System approach is an important research approach,which emphasizes that understanding and grasping things should be on the basis of macroscopy and integrity,not stickle to the analysis of microcopy and partialness.System theory that researches system approach is lodged as the contradictory of deoxidize approach.It includes the principle of integrity,the principle of synthesis,the principle of arrangement,the principle of structuredness,the principle of functionality,the principle of environment correlation etc.It has important academic value and practical significance to constructing the legal system which is fit for the socialist market economy system of our country. |
