| 摘 要： | 伴随中国近年来体育事业的蓬勃发展,职业运动员队伍已经超过十万人,并在逐年递增。由于职业的特殊性、高风险性,他们从业过程中以及退役之后的社会保障问题非常值得关注。应当从立法、社会保障法律及制度体系构建方面加强对职业运动员的社会保障工作。

| Abstract: | With the vigorous development of sports in China,the number of professional athletes has exceeded 100,000,and is increasing year by year.Due to the particularity and high-risk nature of the professional athletes,the occupational security issues related to athletes during their career and retirement attract much concern.This article discusses the possibility to strengthen the social security system for professional athletes from the perspective of legislation,insurance in sports sectors. |
