| 摘 要： | 当前,系列性犯罪呈不断高发之势,是公安工作的一项重点和难点。强化对系列性案件的研究,是一项重要的任务。系列性案件的产生取决于内因孕发、扼因弱化及导因扩张三大因素,从理论上对其产生及增多的原因进行剖析,有利于加深认识案件本质特征,提高预防能力和侦破水平。

| Abstract: | At present, serial crime is one of the important and difficult police work. Strengthening the research on serial cases is an important task. The emergence of serial cases depends on three factors as internal causes, weak- ening of holding back and expansion of raising cause. Theoretical analysis on causes of the emergence and increase of serial cases is conducive to deepening understanding the essential features of the cases and improving prevention ability and level of detection. |
