校园危险性分析及公共安全管理对策研究

校园治安问题是社会综合因素的反映,是当前一项重大的政治任务。校园安全问题频发是社会转型、经济转轨、贫富分化、矛盾化解不力以及对校园安全重视不够、防范不力、媒体对个案的深度报道、犯罪嫌疑人自身心理缺陷等原因所致。侵害校园安全的因素多种多样,通过建立校园安全管理模型,从校园周边秩序整顿、周界防范、出入口控制到强化内部保卫、重要部位守护和特殊隐患的排查整改等措施是做好校园安全的基础和关键。

Analysis on the Fatalness of Campus and Study on the Countermeasures of Management of Public Security

The campus security is the reflection of social comprehensive factors. It＇s a major political task at present. Frequent problems of campus security is caused by such reasons as social transformation, economic transi- tion, the polarization, lack of resolving contradictions and little attention to the campus security, poor defense, media reports, the criminal suspeet＇s psychological defect, etc. There are various factors that encroach on the campus secur- ity. Through the establishment of campus security management model, following measures are the foundation and the key of campus security, such as the school eircumjacent order rectification, perimeter prevention, gateway control, strengthening internal security, defending important parts, correcting special hidden dangers, etc.
