| 摘 要： | 公平正义是树立司法权威的前提,法律的权威性必须以公平正义为基础才能实现。检察机关履行民行检察法律监督职能,是在当前我国的司法模式下,为维护公平正义所采取的必要手段。检察机关实施民事行政诉讼检察监督的目的,就是维护司法公正、司法权威和法制统一。
