| 摘 要： | 根据对2008年1-3月相关材料的评估,中国与各主要大国之间双边关系的变化如下:中美关系变化为平降降,由1.5降至1.1,两国就台湾问题、人权问题、西藏问题出现一系列纠纷;中日关系变化为平升平,由0.7升至0.9,中日战略对话和国务委员唐家璇访日使双边关系稳中有升;中俄关系变化为平平平,分值为8,3月俄罗斯总统换届,期间两国没有出现重大事件;
