| 摘 要： | 大陆与台湾因立法与法规差异引起很多纠纷，大陆与台湾都出现商标仿冒、抢先注册商标名称和公司名称的现象。做好双项保护、共同打击仿冒、抢注等侵权事件刻不容缓。笔者通过对大陆与台湾的商标立法与法规的对比研究，从而为大陆与台湾提供了解彼此商标法制相关规定的机会。
