| 摘 要： | 建设和谐社会伟大目标的实现一定程度上取决于法治的和谐程度。而法治的和谐运行客观上倡导“以人为本”的人文精神。它是和谐法治的精神意蕴,是现代法治理念的逻辑基点。和谐法治的建构必须体恤人性,给予人的权益的最大关注。现代和谐法治的建构在现实层面不能忽视权利意识、行政权力运行、司法、人与自然关系等方面的人文关怀。

| Abstract: | The realization of great goal about building harmonious social depends on the harmonious degree of rule by law to a certain extent.And the harmonious operation of rule by law advocates objectively the human spirit of "people oriented".It is the spiritual connotation of harmonious rule by law,and a logic basic point in modern law ideas.The building of harmonious rule by law must display the human nature,and show the greatest concern for people's rights and interests.Modern construction of harmonious rule by law on the realistic aspect can not ignore the humane care such as the right consciousness,the operation of administrative power,the administration of justice and the relationship of people and natural. |
