| Abstract: | The judicial policy has great importance on judicial protection of intellectual property.Strengthening protection,classifying various intellectual properties and protecting properly are the fundamental policy of current judicial protection of intellectual property.For better serving the technology innovation and culture prosperity,specific judicial policy should be defined and appropriately applied to various intellectual properties according to their different function and character. |
