行政救济——村民自治权救济的第一道屏障

村民自治权既是一种权利，也是一种权力。但村民自治权在实现过程中常常受到行政权的侵害，主要表现在：干预民主选举、干预民主事务、干涉村民的生产经营权、行政不作为等。在村民自治相关的法律法规尚未完善之前，当村民自治权受到侵害时，行政救济应当成为自治权救济的第一道屏障，其主要救济途径有行政复议、信访救济、行政处分、行政调解、行政赔偿、行政补偿等。
