新形势下预审学科发展探究

侦审一体化后,预审学依然是我国公安学科体系内一门相对独立的学科。侦查讯问学代替不了预审学。预审学科的理论创新、讯问范围扩展、难于深挖犯罪、办案质量下降等问题,都必须通过发展预审学科来解决。新形势下促进预审学科发展的主要内容包括加强预审基础理论研究;调整侦查讯问和证据调查的内容;加强如何提高办案质量的研究;开辟应用性研究的新领域;调整预审学科体系,整合教学体系。

Probe into the Development of Preliminary Discipline under New Situation

Preliminary subject still is an independent discipline comparatively after the integration of investigation and hearing. Some topics: the blazing new trails of preliminary, the expanding of interrogative range, hard to dig the roots of crime, the dropping of the quality of handling an case, all of these must be resolved by the development of preliminary discipline. The main contents of development of preliminary discipline include: enhancing the research on preliminary theory, readjusting the research on investigative interrogation and evidential investigation, developing new field of applied research, readjusting the system of preliminary subject, and integrating the system of teaching and learning.
