| Abstract: | The author of the thesis tackles the problem about the Evidence Act in the form of data telegraph and analyzes theory and practice of the Continental Law system and Common Law system of afore-mentioned problem, concluding that data telegraph can be adopted as evidence and suggesting that the relevant legislation be enacted and perfected to serve the development of the electronic commerce. |
