| 摘 要： | 构筑完整而健全的社会治安防控体系是提高公安机关驾驭社会治安局势能力的有效载体和重要途径。当前在社会治安防控体系建设中,应注重解决好深化思想认识、实行全警联动、实现群防群治、加强考核评比等问题。
