| 摘 要： | 治安行政监督是公安机关依照法定职权和程序,对相对人遵守和执行治安管理法律法规的情况所实施的察看、了解并督促其履行治安义务的行政执法行为。随着我国行政审批制度的改革,公安机关治安行政监督的职能得到了强化。为此,要充分发挥治安行政监督职能作用,必须明确治安行政监督的性质、方法,并严格按照法律要求规范治安行政监督行为。
