| 摘 要： | 从惩治各种贿赂犯罪的必要性出发,将刑法规定的贿赂内容,由财产适当扩大到可以用金钱计算的其他物质性利益。对行贿罪的法定概念应作适当修正。将主观要件为谋取不正当利益修改为为谋取某种利益。索贿、斡旋受贿均应单独设立罪名。
