Heightening Incorruption Consciousness of officials by Intensifying Ethical Education

To heighten incorruption consciousness of officials, we should take ethics as the first importance and highlight education in ethics among them.Officials must strengthen their belief in Marxism and socialism, keep the Party's purpose firmly in mind and be self-disciplined. The governance ethics should be reflected in all the aspects of improvement, management, test,appraisal and incentive of leading officials and in supervision over them. To build a solid protective dam ideologically against corruption and its erosion, officials should heighten their honest and self-disciplined consciousness, acquire a correct view on power.
