| 摘 要： | 高速公路以其全封闭、全立交、设计流量大、线路直等特点为广大驾驶员营造了良好的行车环境,对提高运输效率、促进经济发展起到了积极的作用。但由于设计和管理等因素,高速公路出现了事故高发路段——"黑点"路段。根据高速公路"黑点"路段的实际情况,从其结构性缺陷和管理、保障入手,全面摸清"黑点"路段并采取有效的排除措施,将对整个高速公路交通事故的预防起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | The expressway characterized by full closure,straightness and high flow creates a good traffic environment,which plays a positive role in improving transportation efficiency and promoting economic development.However,road accidents frequently occur in some sections due to defects in design and management. We should first make clear all the sections and the relevant causes,and take effective measures so as to prevent and reduce traffic accidents on the expressway. |
