| 摘 要： | 合理的分配制度是农民增收的重要保证,而现实分配制度中存在许多不利于农民增收的因素,只有对这些制约因素展开具体深刻的分析,在此基础上提出创新分配制度的思路,才能最大限度地消除这些制约,充分发挥分配制度对农民增收的积极作用,进而为建立农民增收的长效机制与建设社会主义新农村奠定基础。

| Abstract: | A proper distribution system can guarantee the growing of farmers' income while the current distribution system in China has many factors not favorable to farmers.Only when we clearly know what the defects are,can we know how to eliminate them and make the system an efficient mechanism to guarantee the growing of the farmers and the building of new socialist countryside. |
