| 摘 要： | 经济刑法的立法对象即经济刑法立法应该规制的对象,表明经济刑法立法应把什么性质的行为规定为经济犯罪行为而纳入其调整领域之内,不应把什么性质的行为规定为经济犯罪行为而排除于其调整领域之外.它是经济刑法立法的立足点,是经济刑法立法中必须解决的首要问题.其实质是从立法上解决罪与非罪的问题,并对经济刑法立法具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | The object of economic criminal law legislation.i.e.the object subject to economic criminal law legislation,shows that economic criminal law legislation with what nature should be included in economic crime and therefore under its jurisdiction and with what nature should not be included and therefore beyond its jurisdiction.It is the standpoint for economic criminal law legislation,and also the principal problem to be tacked.In essence,it is to solve the problem of crime or non-crime by legislation,which has great significance in economic criminal law legislation. |
