Analyses of the Duty's Consciousness of the Official Position between Virtue and Position by Confucianism

Confucianism constructs firstly an argument between virtue and position,as a leading role,Confucius explains a keynote and Mencius makes a strong argumentation based on the Duty. By their explanations, including the sense of responsibility, a very important way for the officials to participate in the political activities is that Duty is the first and Position is based on the virtue.
