高层建筑防烟楼梯间设计

高层建筑是城市建筑规划设计发展的方向。但高层建筑火灾中,烟气是导致人员伤亡的主要因素,必须对高层建筑设计中防烟、排烟问题给予充分重视。分析当前我国高层建筑设计采取的方式及存在的主要问题,依据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》的规定,提出了高层民用建筑防烟楼梯间平面设计的7种主要方案。

Design of Smoke-proof Stairwells in High-rise Buildings

High-rise buildings mark the trend of development in city architectural design. Since smoke is the main reason that causes death in high-rise building fires, enough attention must be paid to the question of smoke prevention and discharge. Based on the main problems existing in high-rise buildings and Fireproof Regulations of High-rise Civil Building Design, there are seven schemes that can be applied to design smoke-proof stairwells in high-rise buildings.
