| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中国的基本政治经济制度、公民社会生成环境与生成路径以及社会转型期政治参与机制等方面的考察与分析,认为中国发展公民社会的最佳路径是法团主义。构建法团主义公民社会的动力源于政府的推动、市场经济的持续发展和学术界的理论创新。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of China's fundamental pohtical and economic system,the deve- lopment environment and the development path of China's civil society and political participation mecha- nism,the author believes that the optimum path of building China's civil society is the corporatism.The motivities of building China's corporatism civil society come from the governmental impetus,the incessant development of market economy and the theoretical innovation of academia. |
