| Abstract: | The not real joint debt system does not specify in many countries and regions,but because of its unique legal value and vitality it is recognized by various countries and regions.The author further explores the protection of the right to appeal proceedings and litigation referees to provide practical application for the judicial system,from its nature and analysis on the applicability in substantive law and specific types of the not real joint debt system. |
